With over eight years of work experience in electrical engineering and research, I am currently leading Vertiv's Root Cause Analysis Program as a manager. In this role, I oversee a team of engineers who perform system failure analysis and provide solutions for complex and critical issues in power and thermal management products. I have successfully implemented a robust and data-driven methodology for root cause analysis, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, reduced warranty costs, and enhanced product quality and reliability. Previously, I was a lead system failure analysis engineer and a senior system failure analysis engineer at Vertiv, where I gained valuable skills in troubleshooting, testing, and reporting on various electrical and mechanical systems. I also have experience in field quality engineering and product development engineering in different industries, such as automotive, medical, and electric power.
