About Mohammed Edrish

I graduated from Strayer University with my Bachelors degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management. Currently Pursuing my MBA graduating in 2022 from Coles College of Business (currently ranked in the top 25 MBA programs in the country) at Kennesaw State University. I am a US Navy Veteran. Served about 10 years. My birth of Leadership ability starts there. I believe in making a difference anywhere I have ever worked. There is no job too small when it comes to making a difference in a consumer's experience of the organization I am with. I have been there done it has a different meaning for me, that means I know what difficulties my subordinates face in doing their job, and changing processes or how we do things can change the outcome in a big way for those who we work with. Leading has a different meaning for me as well. My experience has taught me to be Server Leader where it is a win win for both party involved. Over the past 12 years, my belief in 'Never Giving up' has strengthened with both of my kids being born with special medical complications and needing multiple surgeries. It takes resiliencies, consistency and faith to overcome life's barriers. That is why I am so excited to join a growing organization where I can grow with it.
