Responsibilities: • Review of project tender drawings and documents to understand scope of works. • Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope. • Clarifying discrepancies with client in tender drawings and documents. • Coordination with vendors to get the commercial offers as per estimated BOQ. • Validation of vendor offers as per project specification and standards. • Cost estimation of project including material cost, IMC cost, BG, warranty and logistics cost. • Assigning budget to the procurement for material ordering as per approved project GM post award of the project. • Cost control tracking by maintaining costing sheet as per vendor PO. • Support project manager in improving project GM. • Studying and proposing Value Engineering option suitable as per project. • Procurement work after awarding of the project. • Preparing and arranging for long lead items • Assigning budget to subcontractors, System Integrators, Distributors. • Coordination with planning team for resource planning within budget.
