About Mohammed Hamed

I am a project manager at QD-CPC Industries W.L.L, a leading company in wood and interior finishing in Qatar. I have over 16 years of construction experience, including 13 years in the Gulf region, in structural, architectural, and finishing works for various types of projects, such as residential, commercial, university, hotel, and infrastructure developments. I am responsible for collaborating with engineers, architects, and vendors to determine the specifications, contracts, permits, resources, and schedules of the projects. I also oversee the hiring, allocation, and supervision of contractors and staff, and monitor the quality, safety, and budget of the construction operations. I have successfully managed and delivered multiple projects, such as the Seef Lusail Development Project and the Internal Security Force Camp, in Qatar, with the help of my team and partners. I am passionate about applying civil engineering techniques and best practices to create innovative and sustainable solutions for the built environment.
