I have a good understanding/knowledge of AGILE, involved at every stages of the project, from inception, through delivery and on to support phases. Working as a Business Analyst within the PMO, supporting the delivery of strategic current & future initiatives. I act as the conduit between business users and the IT development team to ensure the seamless realisation of business requirements in technology solutions. Undertake all analysis work required by projects including requirements gathering, functional specification creation, process mapping, data analysis, data migration, transformations, user stories and communication across the organisation. Work with business change owners and IT suppliers to ensure that requirements are clearly understood. Focus on business improvement, liaising with stakeholders across the organisation to understand, gather, interrogate and analyse requirements. Try to gain understanding of “AS-IS” Business requirements and endorse “TO-BE” solutions. I have demonstrable experience using Agile methodologies and use tracking tools such as Jira to track and groom the product backlog. Capture these requirements as user stories on a Kanban board finally taking ownership of tasks and seeing them through to completion.
