Key Responsibilities: • Quality Assurance/Control Planning: o Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans tailored to specific project requirements. o Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client specifications. • Inspection and Testing: o Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical engineering activities to verify compliance with project requirements. o Collaborate with project teams to establish and oversee testing procedures and protocols. • Documentation and Reporting: o Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities. o Generate regular reports on QA/QC performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Process Improvement: o Continuously evaluate and enhance QA/QC processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. o Implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified issues. • Collaboration: o Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a unified approach to quality control. o Conduct training sessions to raise awareness and promote a culture of quality within the project team. • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with ISO CERTIFIED LEAD AUDITOR AND COMBINED AUDITOR FOR QUALITY SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT WITH ISO CRITERIA USING HIGH LEVEL STRUCTURE. • Minimum of 30 Years of experience in QA/QC roles within large-scale and mega infrastructure, MEP projects, Industrial projects for Refinery, Fertilizer, Power Plants, Cement Plants etc. • In-depth knowledge of mechanical engineering standards, codes, and practices. • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies and use of quality tools for problem solving and adopting best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
