I hold an engineering accreditation certificate issued by the Saudi Council of Engineers and a Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential issued by the Project Management Institute. My core competencies include pre and post contract cost management, quantity surveying, variation analysis, risk management, and payment certification. I have successfully delivered cost-effective solutions to complex and challenging projects, such as the world-class urban entertainment complex project worth 1.5 billion SAR for a PIF client.
