I hold a Master of Business Administration degree and a certification in shipping container inspection from the Institute of International Container Lessors (IICL), which demonstrates my knowledge and expertise in the field. In my current role, I manage the employee relations, welfare, and performance of the container inspection team, ensuring the quality, safety, and efficiency of the inspection process.
