About Mohammed Khaled

I have more than five years of research experience in applying computational modeling, molecular dynamics simulations, and machine learning techniques to study protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions, and to interpret complex simulation data using predictive and analytical methods. I am proficient in using various open-source computational software and tools, such as Gromacs, NAMD, Gaussian, AutoDock, VMD, PyMOL, and PLUMED, and I have hands-on programming and scripting skills in Python, Shell, and Matlab. I have also obtained multiple certifications in machine learning and high-performance computing from Helmholtz AI and Jülich Supercomputing Centre. I have contributed to several scientific publications and presentations and participated in conferences and project meetings, where I demonstrated my ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and learn fast. I am motivated by the challenge and the opportunity to apply my skills and knowledge to solve real-world problems and to make a positive impact.
