I am a board member at Closed joint-stock company, a company that provides services to pilgrims, and the chairman of the nominations and compensation committee. With over 15 years of experience in governance, strategy, and performance management, I ensure alignment with the vision and values of the stakeholders and the regulatory requirements. I also leverage my HR consulting skills and experience to advise and support the management and staff on various human capital issues, such as talent acquisition, retention, development, and rewards. In addition to my board role, I have been working in HR Department at CATRION Catering Holdin Comany (Saudi Airlines Catering), a leading food production company, for over a 13 years. I manage and coordinate the daily operations and transactions of the HR department, serving more than 6k employees across the organization. I also apply my background in aerospace engineering and manufacturing process improvement to enhance the efficiency, quality, and safety of the production processes and facilities. I am passionate about delivering excellence and innovation in both my board and HR roles, and I aspire to contribute to the growth and success of both organizations.
