This foundation led me to a role as a Warranty Field Auditor for an OEM, where I was responsible for ensuring warranty compliance and process efficiency. I then progressed to become a Warranty Audit Manager at a franchise group’s head office, overseeing group-wide audit standards and warranty controls.Most recently, I served as an Aftersales Service and Technical Manager for a global EV OEM, where I was responsible for developing service strategies and training initiatives to support dealer networks. Currently, I hold the position of OEM Warranty and Technical Manager, continuing to deliver strong operational leadership and technical support while ensuring alignment with OEM standards and regulatory compliance.Throughout my career, I have been committed to delivering excellence in customer experience, optimizing service operations, and enhancing technical capabilities across organizations.
