Bachelor of Architectural Engineering – University of Greenwich, UK (Graduated in 2010). Licensed Architect and Urban Planner with over 14 years of professional experience in architectural design, urban planning, and project coordination within both government and private sectors in the UAE. Specialized in master planning, mosque land allocation, and mosque architectural design aligned with community needs and Dubai’s strategic infrastructure development. Currently working in the government sector since 2016, focusing on city-scale planning, urban development policies, and integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in mosque design and spatial analysis to enhance project efficiency, sustainability, and precision. Certified in Project Management (PMP Course) and experienced as an Office Manager, leading multidisciplinary design teams and overseeing complex architectural projects from concept to approval. Extensive experience in dealing with regulatory authorities and securing approvals from key UAE entities including Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality, RAK Municipality, TRAKHEES (CED), TECOM (DDA), JAFZA, NAKHEEL, EHS, RERA, DEWA, EMAR, Silicon Oasis, and Dubai South. Registered Architect – Dubai Society of Engineers, with TRAKHEES (Blue + Torquaz) Code, Dubai Civil Defense Pro Card, and Dubai Municipality registration. Proficient in a wide range of design and BIM tools including AutoCAD, ArchiCAD BIM, 3Ds Max with Vray, Artlantis, Photoshop, and AI-based software for architectural analysis and visualization.
