Technology is meant to build and scale a business is my belief. I am a driven Engineer that is self motivated, systematic and dedicated towards the delivery of business needs of an organization mostly with the help of technology and sometimes without the help of technology.My strength :My greatest strength is the combination of experiences, knowledge and exposure I have. As it gives me a deep understanding/ownership of the entire tech stack in a project as well as client mindset be it a startup or an MNC. My USP:Experience in leading multi technology cross platform/domain teams Deep technical knowledge in a collection of tech stack i.e. Data sciences ( ML and DL ), Data engineering ( transactional and analytical systems ), Native apps and hybrid mobile apps ( java and JS ),multiple databases, web apps ( MERN stack ), Cloud ( AWS and Azure ).exposure/experience in a variety of companies ranging from E-commerce startups, Fintech MNCs to software services corporate.My key strength has been in the introduction and implementation of new technology stack that have proven to help my previous/current employer with their projects and teams. Critical member of an R&D team in an MNC.This variety and flavorful experiences of mine makes me jack of all trades I can quickly adapt to the changing and challenging ecosystem in a work atmosphere. My accomplishment :I have lead and scaled team by delivering on time I have successfully built a team by conducting more than 300 technical interviews in a short span of just 1 to 2 years. As a fresher I was able to deliver a high quality app without much prior training.Scaled a small team of 3 members into 15+ members by delivering on time and that directly generated revenue for the organization.Few of the mobile apps that I delivered as a junior developer have a 4+ rating in the playstore.I have previously worked very closely with CEO's, Director's both as a lead as well as an individual contributor and delivered multiple projects.Immediate career goal:My passion and career goal is to understand the business side of the company/employer and apply my strengths towards achieving them by leading and directing the technology unit of the organization and grow along with the organization parallelly.
