Project planning and cost control are my passions and expertise, as I have demonstrated in my current role as a project control manager at Samcrete Engineers and Contractors, a leading civil engineering company. I oversee the planning and cost control of various projects, from inception to completion, ensuring that they meet the client's expectations, budget, and quality standards. I work collaboratively with a team of engineers, contractors, and clients, managing the project scope, schedule, resources, risks, and quality, using advanced techniques and tools. My interest and skills in project management stem from my education and research background. I hold a master's degree in project management from Cairo University, where I learned the theory and practice of managing complex and dynamic projects. I also studied as a researcher and planning engineer at Université de La Rochelle, where I gained hands-on experience in planning and scheduling methods and software. Throughout my career, I have delivered successful projects in the civil engineering industry, with multiple achievements in improving efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction. I have also developed core competencies in communication, problem-solving, and leadership, as well as a continuous learning mindset. My goal is to apply my knowledge and skills to create value and impact in the project management field.
