I am a technical project manager with 7+ years experience in project management and agile delivery in B2B SaaS organizations. Carry the experience of having worked in different domains like BFSI, wireless networks and project management/ productivity software. Managed and executed projects exceeding $3M in revenue using agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. Have seamlessly made a transition from an active development role (Java, Node JS, MySQL, Mongo) to one where I am completely responsible for end to end delivery of projects. Establishing communication channels, setting up project governance structure. • Involvement in requirements gathering, preparation and review of Business Requirement Document (BRD) • Project plan creation by collaborating with various teams and highlighting critical dependencies and risks. • Involved in technical discussions to finalize solution and implementation approach. • Conducting sprint ceremonies - sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review and sprint retrospectives. • Identify, monitor and control project risks with the help risk logs (RAID) • Maintain project documentation • Monitor and control product quality by overseeing unit test cases, automation cases and test results. • Monitoring and controlling overall project status by establishing critical KPI's, milestones and reviewing them at frequent intervals • Demonstrating implemented solutions to the customers (UAT demo). Involved in training material preparation • Use of tools and project management software like JIRA, Rocket Lane, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point to manage requirements, data analysis, project plans and overall project status • Involved in evaluating and interviewing candidates as per hiring requirements Born and raised in Bengaluru, I have imbibed the cool, calm nature and the love for greenery as part of my life.
