About Mohammed Rahman

I’m a Program Manager specialising in operations, reverse logistics, and systems-driven transformation within complex, high-volume environments.Currently supporting Google programs, I drive execution across cross-functional teams—owning delivery, removing blockers, and improving performance across warehouse, fulfilment, and reverse logistics environments. My experience spans end-to-end supply chain operations across UK and EU markets, including returns, repairs, refurbishments, and inventory flows. I’ve led initiatives that reduce operational friction, improve forecasting accuracy, and deliver tangible cost efficiencies. My foundation was built in supply chain and demand planning, where I developed strong commercial, forecasting, and operational fundamentals managing significant inventory and working capital in fast-paced environments.I operate at the intersection of systems, operations, and planning—working within SAP-driven environments to manage workflows and data integrity, while using SQL (BigQuery) to analyse data, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.Core strengths:• Program & delivery management in fast-paced environments • Operations & reverse logistics optimisation (returns, repairs, refurbishments) • SAP (operational systems) & SQL for data analysis • Process improvement & cost reduction • Stakeholder management across operations, tech, and planning I focus on turning complexity into clear, executable outcomes—ensuring delivery, not just intent.
