Over the past decade, I have worked extensively with customers in the UAE, Qatar, India, Australia, and the United States, successfully delivering high-quality solutions across various sectors, including Telecom, Government, Real Estate, Banking, Airports, Private and Security Organizations. Throughout my career, I have served as a system integrator, deploying Monitoring & Service Management Solutions for over 35 customers, and have gained valuable experience as a Service Delivery Lead. In this role, I ensured the successful delivery of services by overseeing project execution, managing customer relationships, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). My consulting expertise ensures customer delight and satisfaction, consistently achieving outstanding results. In my role as a Solution Architect, I design and implement comprehensive IT solutions, conduct detailed system audits, define upgrade paths, and ensure RFP compliance. I excel in gathering and fulfilling customer requirements, building custom monitoring automation, integrating third-party applications, and fine-tuning solutions for optimal performance.
