I am a recent postgraduate with a dual degree in International Business Management and Supply Chain Management. my academic qualifications and practical experiences gained throughout my education program. As you see in my resume, I have a strong foundation in Management and Customer services. My internship with the international company Staples also provided me with great opportunities to learn firsthand about the importance of supply chain, customer relations, retail, and sales management in a company and gave me a good grounding in the nuts and bolts of the field. My experience in the retail and sales industry has taught me how to both reach and exceed customer expectations and provide good customer service that they can count on. I gained valuable expertise in customer service and sales, while further developing my personal skills. I am focused and always willing to put my effort go beyond the minimum expectations to make sure the work is done perfectly. I approach new situations with enthusiasm and enjoy the challenge of learning something new in my work and would quickly contribute to the continued success of the company.
