About Mohammed Sleem

Being an Electronic Document and Records Management System (EDRMS) Practice Lead came after years of experience with different ECM platforms and different customer experiences. I am a Technical Consultant and a project manager with more than 14 years of experience in Microsoft.NET development, Agile, leading, researching, designing, and analysis. I have worked on integrated campaigns for major clients in Egypt and Oman such as Diam (Public Authority for Water), Muscat Municipality, Ministry of Awkaf, Salalah Free Zone, Public Authority of Social Insurance, and Occidental Oman and have been recognized with several awards in achievement and management during my career. I worked before in many positions from Microsoft.NET developer, Microsoft.NET instructor, senior Microsoft.NET developer, Microsoft.Net lead, Project Lead, and Presales Technical Consultant. Until recently, I led the implementation of the Contract Management System in Salalah Free Zone, a system that can handle strategies, tenders, contracts, and payments of the project. In this role, I was focusing on designing, analyzing and development of the system to be delivered as per customer needs. The previous huge experience was about implementing and evaluating the most successful Correspondence Management System in Oman. Colleagues know me as a highly creative resource who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. However, I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas. I can (and often do) work well alone, but I am at my best collaborating with others. I have many Microsoft and IBM certifications in Microsoft.NET, SQL Server, and DataCap along, ITIL, SFC, and PMI-ACP. I am currently working full-time with Software Systems LLC in Oman while I pursue new opportunities and can be reached either through this profile or by phone at 00968-967-91953.
