About Mohan Aiyer

With over 15 years of experience in the internet industry I bring a blend of creative design expertise and strategic insight to every project I take on. As a Lead Designer & Strategist my focus is on crafting visually compelling and high-performing web solutions that align with business goals and elevate brands. I specialize in designing fast-loading responsive websites that offer exceptional user experiences. My approach combines innovative design with a strategic mindset ensuring that every project not only looks great but also drives meaningful results. Whether it's coding in NodeJS HTML CSS and JavaScript or creating engaging visual elements like logos mockups and animations I’m hands-on with every aspect of the design process. In addition to my technical skills I excel at refining brand identities managing social media content and tackling a variety of creative tasks including video editing and photography. I also contribute to the strategic direction of projects working closely with the core team to ensure that design decisions support broader business objectives. Outside of work I enjoy gaming and motorcycling—activities that keep my creativity sharp and my mind refreshed. In short I’m dedicated to adding value to your brand through thoughtful design and strategic planning.
