Sustainable Aviation, AI in Healthcare & FinTech, end-to-end SaaS products, are some of the solutions I'm currently enabling as a serial entrepreneur, Mentor, Advisor, and Investor. I am a Founder of Mesolv, a global IT consultancy and Co-Founder of Mallard Enterprises, a company that is developing a clean sheet hull based amphibious aircraft that can carry 19 passengers and also offering Net Zero runway independent aircraft solutions that create regional last mile connectivity. I have over 39 years of experience in Aerospace, HealthTech, FinTech, Payments, and other industries, where I have successfully delivered critical engagements and complex programs for Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. My core competencies include P&L management, startup leadership, SaaS product management, digital transformation, program and project management, client success, strategic planning, user experience, vendor management, proposals, contract negotiation, outsourcing, budgets, and mergers and acquisitions. I have a global perspective of working with different cultures and leading multi-national teams, and I am passionate about hiring, motivating, and retaining industry professionals. I hold a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and a Program Management (PM) certificate, MBA in Marketing from Indiana University, MBA in Finance from South Gujarat University.
