Close to 23 years of experience in Common Architecture Shared Technology, Project management, product development and testing & measurement solutions with deliveries for company like Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Mack Trucks, UD Trucks, Volvo Buses, Volvo Construction equipment, Thompson-Ramo-Wooldridge (TRW), GE-BEL, GE Medical Systems, John Welch Technology Center, Wipro GE, SUN Fiber Optics and Exide. • GTT Representation in SITIS with 15+ external organizations (Sweden - India Transport Innovation & Safety Collaboration) and VE Representation in VE CAST PM way of working and agile ambassador. • Worked extensively with tools & systems like LabVIEW, DSPACE, Vector Tools(CAN analyzer, CANoe, CANoe IP), Beckhoff Tools (TwinCAT PLC, System manager, etc), VOLVO Tools ( Program ECU, ASDT, KOLA, SE tool, PN tool, Prosit, VCADS, TDM, OPTEGRA, Rapid, REDO, PROTUS, AUTOSIM ),Rational Tools (Clear Case & Clear Quest), HW Schematic & PCB development tools, Matlab Simulink – for simulation. • My present Group manager role involves representing PMCAT/MDB/innovation/Project/EE management forums, Project portfolio management, New activities feasibility study, System study, Effort estimation, Preparing new activity proposal, Team members recruitment, Process establishment, Quality ensuring of team’s delivery, Strategic goals execution, Achieving KPI targets, Budget handling, future plan, Team’s Training and competency management with direction setting through PBP. • My earlier Group manager role involves representing GVF, Test & verification team’s Resource & Lab Infrastructure management as well. • Earlier roles consist of design and development of electronic products, Test rigs, software, product integration & testing, validation and signoff.
