With over 12 years of industry experience, I have shaped customer experiences across diverse domains, including finance, telecommunications, healthcare, wearables, reservation systems, IoT, SaaS, and the service industry. As an award-winning E-Solution recognized by Global 100, I have extensive experience in designing large-scale products, starting from the initial sketches through to final implementation.
