Background

About Mohanad Elmaghraby

I am a construction industry professional with a well-rounded background across engineering, quality control, technical sales, and project coordination. My career path has taken me from the job site to client-facing roles — building a strong foundation in civil engineering and evolving into commercially focused positions with global leaders like Hilti and Otis Elevator Co. At Hilti, I managed key construction accounts and was recognized for top sales growth in 2017 and 2018, consistently delivering value-engineered solutions to contractors and project stakeholders. At Otis, I worked as a Sales Engineer for new equipment, supporting complex vertical transportation projects from specification to delivery in collaboration with clients, consultants, and design teams. Currently based in Canada, I work with Petra Design for Precast Inc. as a Project Coordinator and Production Supervisor, overseeing the planning, scheduling, and execution of precast concrete systems while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery. I hold an Ontario Health and Safety Awareness certification and am currently pursuing PMP certification to further enhance my project management expertise. Driven by both performance and partnership, I thrive at the intersection of engineering, client relations, and business growth. I’m actively exploring new opportunities with contractor firms or sales-driven organizations in the construction and building technology space — where I can continue to make an impact through strategic thinking, strong client focus, and operational excellence
