Roles and Responsibilities • Assocaited with Scheduling/Migrating jobs to Prod, QA, Test Environments • Perform daily Production Support recurring tasks and monitoring of the tickets queue, assign tickets, resolve tickets, update root cause and remediation • Provide prodcution support on 24/7 basis. • Troubleshoot batch failures to determine cause and correct/escalate. • Monitor and handle the critcial batch stream • Standard manipulation of Jobs skills like holding, releasing, killing, Submitting new jobs/job streams, Re-running, Adding Dependecies, Changing work station limits. • Demanding and modifiying both QA and PROD changes. • Handling all adhoc and schedule requests TWS Scheduler,CA-Autosys, Batch Monitoring, Incident Management, Server monitoring. • Over 6+ years of experience in Maintenance, Enhancement and Production/Application Support • Experience working with and supporting CA Technologies Workload Automation AE in both QA and PROD environment. • Extensive knowledge of Job Information Language (JIL) and capabilities to recommend suggestions that will comply with internal standards and CA best practices. • Expertise in Job Scheduling environments CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys Edition) R11 • Resolving the production issues in a timely manner and on-call support. • Excellent skills with short learning curve when faced with new challenges and new environment
