I bring over 14 years of experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and Data Warehousing with experience in designing, developing, testing, debugging, and documenting ETL packages/pipelines and procedures. Extensive experience in data analysis and proficiency in data modeling concepts especially dimensional modeling for data warehouses. Throughout my career, I have gained deep expertise in data warehousing, reporting, and analytics, using a range of tools including the Microsoft BI stack, Power BI, ADF and Databricks. I worked closely with Clients/Customers to define BI project requirements and scope. Provided input to the client on best practices of data warehousing and modeling concept, also provided input on architecture while designing the new solution and creating the future road map. Knowledgeable in adhering to data compliance norms and GDPR also worked on data access and security requirements. Beyond my technical expertise, I have also embraced leadership roles, acting as a People Manager and mentor within my team. I provide guidance on technical strategy and best practices for solution development and deployment while also focusing on the professional growth of team members. I actively support their development by sharing knowledge, offering career guidance, and creating opportunities for learning, ensuring they gain the skills and confidence to excel in their roles My experience spans multiple industries, and I’m passionate about leveraging data to drive decision-making and business growth.
