My hands-on expertise in operating the Carbon Black Manufacturing plant and my unwavering commitment to following best practices make me an ideal candidate for any team looking to bring its operations to the next level. As a current production engineer, I am responsible for ensuring seamless and safe operation of a continuous manufacturing plant. From regulating, maintaining, and monitoring all process parameters to effectively handling start-up, shut-down, and emergency procedures, I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. My ability to coordinate with maintenance departments and resolve issues has been instrumental in driving plant performance to new heights. In my previous roles, I have demonstrated my technical prowess and problem-solving skills by successfully erecting equipment, commissioning and starting up a plant, handling the DCS control system, and preparing PFDs and P & IDs. My expertise in regulating process parameters such as temperature and pressure using a distributed control system, as well as my experience with plant operations, startup and shutdown procedures, and industrial health, safety, and environmental practices, sets me apart from the competition. In addition to my technical acumen, I am a strong communicator and a natural problem-solver.
