To make local and authorized venders for breakdowns and schedule services complete on time. To make vehicles fitness passing on time. To maintain the documentation such as Daily Inspection report of vehicles. • to complete service on time and check it properly. to manage manpower 250+ all the parts availability and required necessary part for the equipment is our priority. daily reports and plan making to do smooth work and i am here as a district incharge my responsibilities are responsible for arranging the technicians for attending the breakdown & maintenance. to organize the daily inspection of all incoming vehicle. coordinating with store for timely availability all required parts. furnishing the maintenance plan for the periodic of all the vehicle. maintain proper recording of docking. I know how to maintain the work with smoothness and i have knowledge of lean manufacturing tools.
