I am an accomplished IT professional, currently serving as a Test Lead (Software Test Engineer) at IMCS Group. Right now, I'm in charge of making sure the software we build is top notch. Before this, I worked as a Java Support Engineer at R Systems. We were working on a project that could 'read' documents and pull out important information automatically. It was my first real taste of how machine learning can make businesses work better. I played a pivotal role in the field of Transact OCR technology. My responsibilities included offering JAVA L2 support and actively contributing as a QA Engineer. The product I worked on was intricately designed and developed in JAVA, highlighting my proficiency in the language.I also spent some time at LambdaTest as Solution Engineer, where I learned about Cross Browser Testing and we made sure websites work properly on different Platforms such as OS and browsers. Prior to R Systems, my experience at AgreeYa Solutions as a Senior Application Support Engineer and Manual Tester further strengthened my skills. Additionally, I have a background in providing technical support, having previously served as a Technical Support Associate at Wipro.I bring a comprehensive skill set. My diverse experience in different roles underscores my adaptability and dedication to delivering high-quality solutions. I am enthusiastic about my current position as a Test Lead, leading testing initiatives and contributing to the success of IMCS Group.
