Bangladesh is moving towards digitization. Hence new technology-based businesses like e-commerce, ride-sharing, fin-tech are rapidly growing in recent days. Wanted to be a part of this revolutionary movement and accordingly participated from the very beginning by involving myself with Pathao limited, one of the fastest-growing start-ups to develop myself in the different arena of the digital business. Currently Working in the Food Operations team of Pathao limited and managing the end to end operations of the Food Business. This role basically includes Partnerships, Sales Operations, Managing Key Accounts and Delivery. My current engagement involves developing a new business modality for Pathao Food for ensuring revenue growth. My Expertise are below. Planning, recommending, and allocating resources to meet and optimize operational requirements. Managing different units within the operational process and ensuring proper coordination among other departments to achieve timely execution of tasks. Negotiating and maintaining a proper relationship with suppliers, customers, and other related parties to improve operational efficiency and sustainability. Designing and improving policies and standard operating procedures for operational and logistics activities. Periodic generation of reports as per requirement; maintaining records and customer service logs. Resolving problems concerning client complaints, and operational systems. Directing operations to achieve cost efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and objectives. Planning and implementing improvements to internal or external operational and logistics systems or processes.
