I am an Assistant Professor with a strong foundation in orthopedic, pediatric, and women's health physiotherapy. With over 8 years of experience spanning academic mentorship, clinical supervision, ergonomic consulting, and departmental leadership, I blend practical therapeutic insight with a deep passion for teaching and research.Currently serving at the GITAM School of Physiotherapy (GIMSR), I focus on enhancing student learning through outcome-based education, digital tools, and evidence-based practices. My journey includes leading physiotherapy services, mentoring students in research, and playing a pivotal role in hospital accreditation as the NABH Safety Coordinator.I hold a Master’s in Physiotherapy (Orthopedics) and have recently completed my MBA in Hospital Care and Management, with plans to pursue a Ph.D. program in the near future. My professional experience spans academic institutions, rehabilitation centers, and community health initiatives. I actively participate in professional development programs, conferences, and health awareness drives.One of my key strengths is the ability to work effectively under pressure. Whether balancing teaching duties with administrative responsibilities or coordinating hospital audits during NABH accreditation, I remain composed, solution-oriented, and outcome-driven.Beyond the classroom, I am committed to holistic student development and social impact. I have actively led and supported various college-level initiatives including academic events, inter-departmental competitions, and cultural and sports activities — all aimed at fostering leadership and engagement among students.My contributions also extend to community outreach and public health promotion, having organized and volunteered in impactful programs such as:World Cerebral Palsy Day – Dignity Walk along Visakhapatnam Beach Road, to raise awareness and foster inclusivity for differently-abled individuals.World Disability Day – Disability Awareness Walk, featuring interactive sessions and donation campaigns for pediatric rehabilitation services.Donation Drives and Rehabilitation Support Programs at Ramakrishna Mission’s MAA SARADA Cerebral Palsy Clinic and Learning Centre, focused on expanding therapy access for underprivileged children.
