About Mohit Behera

I'm a supply chain and operations professional currently working at Jumbotail, where I focus on driving last-mile and linehaul execution, capacity planning, and overall logistics efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With hands-on experience in daily planning using tools like Locus and in-house platforms, I ensure timely deliveries, optimized routing, and effective resource utilization. I also support vehicle allocation, TAT adherence, and performance tracking to meet daily GMV targets. Beyond execution, I actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve ground operations, address real-time challenges, and contribute to process improvements that enhance reliability and scalability. I'm passionate about building agile, tech-driven supply chains that can scale with business needs — and I’m continuously learning to grow into broader roles in supply chain strategy and planning.
