As a Chartered Accountant from India residing in Dubai, I bring a wealth of experience in financial due diligence and strategic advisory services. Currently, I serve in the Transaction Services division at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) UAE, where I specialize in conducting comprehensive financial due diligence and providing insightful sale and purchase agreement advice. My expertise primarily caters to private equity and corporate clients involved in both local and cross-border transactions.​ Before relocating to Dubai, I have been a part of PwC in India for over 3.5 years, focusing on financial due diligence across diverse domestic and international deals. This role deepened my analytical abilities and broadened my understanding of various financial, commercial and legal nuances of a transaction. Additionally, during my internship, I contributed to the Statutory and Internal Audit team at Shaparia Mehta and Associates, LLP for three years, where I developed a strong foundation in auditing practices.​ Beyond the spreadsheets and balance sheets, I'm a culinary enthusiast who loves experimenting with new recipes - my kitchen often resembles a mini food lab. When I'm not cooking in my kitchen, you'll find me glued to the TV during major sports events, cheering at every play. I've recently embarked on a journey into the world of reading; while I'm not yet an avid reader, I'm steadily exploring various genres and discovering new perspectives.
