I am an experienced IT Professional and a Project Manager with a breadth of experience across the BioTech industry with a customer-centric approach in business solution design. Throughout my career, I have served as a catalyst in identifying business requirements, deriving high-level specifications, and managing project deliveries for multi-million-dollar projects. With strong credentials as Certified Scrum Master, I am able to develop efficient and effective processes in line with strategic plans, work with external vendors, business units, onsite and offshore projects teams, and drive technical issue resolution through effective recommendation. In some of my recent projects, I have applied waterfall and agile methodologies to ensure the development of scalable software products, while at the same time performing documentation and saving costs valued at thousands of dollars. Over the years, I have acquired competency in managing program operations to include project planning, risk mitigation, go-live scheduling, and troubleshooting. I am confident in my ability to drive major enhancements in business process mapping and end-user testing while leveraging insights from trend analysis. I am a goal-oriented professional who ensures targets are archived by bringing technological innovations including BI, and through data analysis. I am well-versed with various tools and technologies pertaining to Database/Storage, ETL Tools, Programming, Reporting & Visualization, Testing, Office Tools, Project Management, Designing Software, Wireframe software, and Pharmacy Software Suite.
