I am passionate about driving innovation & excellence in the financial sector. As a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) with a robust background in finance & consulting, I hold a: → B.Com → Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) → Certification in Fintech from IIM Ahmedabad And hold expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). I founded Agrawal Dhand Motwani & Co. focusing on Risk & Assurance & established Thinkitive Global Consulting, focusing on outsourcing & advisory services along with Consulting & Deal Advisory. My entrepreneurial journey includes launching Cashntech, a supply chain financing platform aimed at empowering MSMEs. I'm also a CO-OPTED MEMBER, Internal Audit Standard Board ( IASB), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) FY 25-26. An advocate for knowledge sharing, I co-authored the 'Technical Guide on Internal Audit of Pharmaceutical Industry' & contributed to various ICAI publications. As a faculty member for internal audit courses at ICAI, I am dedicated to nurturing the next generation of finance professionals.
