Process Policy transactions on system including Submission, Binder (New/Renewals/Cancellations) and endorsements and ensuring high level of accuracy and minimal errors or omission, providing support to UW and/or Management. Overseeing teams; workload, capacity and performance metrics, General reporting and capabilities. Cross- functional liaison to ensure superior level of collaborations. Initiating and leading projects within the domain, Overseas CI target completion progress and participating in Ins Ops projects. Monitoring the overall functioning of processes and ensuring accomplishments of set quality standards as per agreed SLAs and KPIs with highest degree of customer / employee satisfaction. Maintain all the deadlines as per SLA. Reviewing more than transactions performed by team on monthly basis and find discrepancies for reporting purpose.
