My professional path is a blend of the technical side and the business side of the company. I love the process of turning the concept into an actual product that has a measurable impact in the market. For the last 12 years my career has traveled through software development, business analysis, and product management. My Core Philosophy: Data, Customers, and Impact One of the most essential things in my life is curiosity. It was the same spark that lit the path to where I focused My effort from writing code to creating customer value. This mentality has been the main force behind my move from one field of computer science to making product strategies in the office. I've been involved with projects worth anywhere between prototypes to a $6 million rebranding but the three principles always remained: Customer Needs: The starting point for all the work is solving a real pain point for the customer. Data-Driven Decisions: Data backs up the hypotheses and guides product direction. Measurable Impact: The success of the business and the customer is defined by the outcomes that take them forward. The Entrepreneurial Edge I always think and act like the co-founder of the business. I have experienced it in the field of three bootstrapped startups; one was a successful exit, and I learned how to manage the capital and how to focus the attention. In big companies, I exactly apply the same discipline that every initiative, bug fix, or feature will not just be carried out. Still, it will also be directly aligned with the business goals. Currently, I am deepening my strategic understanding of emerging technologies through an MSc in AI for Business at the National College of Ireland while continuing my work at a major enterprise.
