As a Partner at Hanover, I am responsible for launching our Real Estate vertical with a focus on new business development as well as maintaining relationships with current clients. I also identify, engage and recruit top-level executives for Hanover's clients and am a trusted advisor for executive-level clients. With an extensive network of contacts, I can contextualize the talent available and, through a robust screening and profiling technique, help our clients make superb business decisions. Prior to joining Hanover, I served as a Managing Director for a retained executive search firm with a focus on Real Estate. Before pivoting to executive search, I worked in capital markets, where I raised equity and debt for real estate developers and owners of various real estate assets. I am always interested in connecting with people within the Real Estate industry to share interesting insights and market intel.
