I’m a backend-focused Software Engineer with almost 7 years of experience architecting scalable systems, automating critical business workflows, and driving data-powered decision-making across the healthcare, field automation, and e-commerce sectors. At Jorie AI, I’m part of a team transforming healthcare finance through AI-powered automation, building systems that reduce collection costs, boost revenue, and streamline revenue cycle operations. My work bridges FinTech and HealthTech, leveraging RPA, analytics, and backend infrastructure to enable smarter, faster, and more profitable decisions for hospitals and healthcare providers. Previously at BeatRoute, I led the development of web crawlers for healthcare data aggregation, optimized real-time KPI dashboards with advanced MySQL tuning, and created robust APIs for financial settlement and reconciliation using Python, Django, and PostgreSQL. My journey began at ShopClues, one of India’s top e-commerce platforms, where I engineered critical backend modules including- Multi-warehouse fulfillment systems for efficient order routing - Return and refund APIs with fraud detection and approval rule engines - Billing systems for 3PL forward and return logistics using zone-based cost logic - Real-time shipment tracking and pickup registration systems These projects sharpened my understanding of scalable architecture, high-volume systems, and end-to-end logistics automation.
