Qualified MBA in Project Management from Sikkim Manipal University Distance Education, Ghaziabad & BE in Mechanical Engineering from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur with 16+ years of prolific experience across MEP, Power (Thermal & Wind Power) & IT Sectors. I have excellent capabilities in executing technically challenging projects, within defined time/cost parameters; Excellent analytical and conflict resolving skills with managerial strengths in synchronizing team efforts to catalyze work execution to specified quality standards. 1) Currently working as Senior Manager (MEP)/ MEP Head with M/s Krishna Buildestates Private Limited, GK-I, Delhi. Here I am responsible for bidding of Tenders for MEP Works of Private Firms & subsequent award of tender to subcontractor’s for executing work at site. In addition to this, handle a large team of MEP Engineers at site/ HO Level for ongoing/ upcoming works at various sites. I directly report to the Director’s & Chairman of the company. 2) Prior to this, I was working as Deputy Manager- MEP Coordination with M/s Ahluwalia Contracts India Limited, Okhla Phase-I, Delhi. Here I was responsible for Planning, Designing, Tendering, Billing & Execution of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation/Controls, MGPS etc. works of Government & Private projects of value in 100s of Crores. 3) I was working as Manager- Services (MEP) with Spaze Towers Private Limited, Gurgaon. I was responsible for Planning, Designing, Tendering, Billing & Execution of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical, Building Automation/Controls etc. works of residential & commercial projects of M/s Spaze Group. My last assignment with this company was Planning, Designing & tendering activities of 390 KLD STP, Electrical, Plumbing & other MEP Works of Shopping cum Office (SCO) Complex- Grand Central 114 (Biggest SCO Complex in Delhi NCR) at Sector-114, Near Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon (Haryana). 4) I was working with Adel Landmarks Limited (Era Group), Noida as Assistant Engineer – Services (Power/MEP). I was responsible for Planning & Designing of Thermal & Wind Power Plants of Era Group. Thermal Power Plants were planned to set up both in India (Khandwa & Rewa, Madhya Pradesh) & Abroad (near Lusaka in Zambia, Africa). Wind Mills of 22.5 MW supplied by M/s Suzlon & M/s Vestas for Era Group running successfully at Sangli & Dhule (Maharashtra) & Kutch (Gujarat). I was also associated in installation and liasioning work related of Temporary and Permanent Electrical Connections in UP & Haryana for Era Sites.
