I started in structural biology and proteomics, then moved customer-side, where speed to resolution and training quality matter most. What I do best: Implement & optimize NGS/RT-PCR/CE workflows, from sample to report, with first-time-right habits. Troubleshoot fast across instruments and software (Hamilton STAR, NovaSeq, TapeStation/bioanalyzer, LIMS). Enable teams with clear SOPs, hands-on training, and IVDR-aware practices that stick. Proof points include: Helping diagnostic labs shorten turnaround times by redesigning SOPs and applying root-cause fixes. Delivering on-site and virtual training programs that leave lab teams confident and reduce repeat troubleshooting requests. Partnering with R&D and QA to roll out method improvements that boosted pass rates and lab consistency. Currently at Devyser in Technical Sales & Support; previously at Olink Proteomics (Thermo Fisher), focused on automation-heavy lab operations and cross-functional optimization.
