Greetings! I am Mohit Oli, a dedicated professional with a passion for ERP systems and a diverse background in the manufacturing industry. My journey began in September 2012 at HCL Infosystem Ltd Rudrapur, where I embarked on an enriching career path. During my tenure until January 2014, I learned invaluable skills and contributed to the success of various projects. Taking the next stride in my career, I joined Mahindra & Mahindra Rudrapur in February 2014. Over the next three and a half years, I thrived in a dynamic environment, actively engaging in projects that allowed me to showcase my talents. Following my enriching stint at Mahindra & Mahindra, I took on an exciting opportunity at Metalman Micro Turners. As a joint venture of Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd and Microturner, this role allowed me to explore new avenues in the manufacturing sector. From August 2017 to March 2022, I made significant contributions to the success of Metalman Micro Turners. During this period, I led one successful implementation of Green Field Project (Infra), two successful implementations of Dynamic NAV projects, and one SAP S4 HANA and managed, demonstrating my expertise in ERP systems. Presently, I am proud to be a part of the exceptional team at Metalman Auto Ltd Formerly known as Metalman Auto Pvt. Ltd since April 2022. My ongoing journey at Metalman Auto has been filled with exciting challenges, enabling me to grow both professionally and personally. Throughout my career, I have nurtured a strong knowledge of the MM module and acquired end-user-level proficiency in PM, QM, SD, FI, and BASIS, making me a well-rounded expert in ERP systems. My thirst for learning and adapting to the ever-evolving landscape of technology is what motivates me to keep pushing the boundaries of excellence. Beyond the technical realm, I possess excellent communication skills and enjoy building meaningful connections with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. These connections allow me to understand diverse perspectives, creating an inclusive work environment.
