I am an experienced Chemical Process Engineer with over eight years of expertise in thermal design, engineering and commissioning of fired heaters and waste heat recovery systems. Currently, I work as an Assistant Manager - Process at ITT Engineering India Pvt. Ltd, specializing in: PFD & P & ID development, interlock descriptions, safeguarding & control narratives Heater simulations using FRNC-5PC and process calculations Detail engineering for Reformers Equipment & line sizing Inter-disciplinary collaboration HAZOP-SIL review, PLC FAT and project coordination On-site commissioning & troubleshooting for fired heaters Key Projects & Experience: I have contributed to projects for Dangote Refinery, PKN Orlen, GALP, Suez Oil Processing Company, Indorama Eleme Fertilizer & Chemicals, KNPC, IOCL, HPCL, ONGC, Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd, Assam Petro-Chemicals Ltd, Numaligarh Refinery Ltd, IFFCO, and Madras Fertilizers Ltd. Throughout these projects, I have collaborated with EIL, Technip Energies (TEN), thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (tkIS), Petrojet, Tata Projects Ltd, Enppi, KTI and TOYO as PMC for units licensed by Axens, UOP, Technip, Haldor Topsoe (HTAS), Chevron Lummus Global (CLG) and Lummus Technology.
