Previously, I spent six years at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), leading teams and managing IT operations in the transportation domain. As a Support Team Lead, I specialized in Unix system automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, delivering solutions that enhanced operational efficiency and system reliability. My projects ranged from streamlining workflows to integrating support teams, resulting in measurable improvements in performance and customer satisfaction. Recognized for my contributions, I received multiple awards, including the Special Initiative Award and On-the-Spot Team Award. Looking ahead, I aim to transition into a Project Manager role in the IT industry, where I can apply my expertise in process improvement, stakeholder management, and digital transformation.
