Transitioning into Office Management, I spent over five years overseeing administration, workflow automation, and team leadership, strengthening my abilities in organizational management, operational efficiency, and decision-making. Eager to complete my business acumen, I pursued a degree in International Business Administration (IBA) in the Netherlands, specialising in Logistics & International Trade. This equipped me with in-depth knowledge of supply chain management, procurement strategies, and global trade regulations, providing a holistic view of business operations. Beyond academics, I honed my skills as a freelancer, completing 800+ gigs in business consulting, sales, and process optimisation, enhancing my problem-solving, negotiation, and adaptability. Currently, as a Junior Project Manager at Nowos B.V, I manage multiple international projects, ensuring seamless execution, resource optimisation, and stakeholder collaboration. My role combines finance, logistics, and strategic planning, Team lead, enabling me to drive business success through LEAN methodologies, Agile execution, and data-driven decision-making.
