Mohit is working on building foundational data infrastructure for the People Insights team at Gusto. He is responsible for adopting new tools/vendors, building data pipelines and driving engagement on the tableau dashboards by helping solve business problems. His role enables the opportunity to interface with business to understand the needs then, engineering solutions to solve it. Previously, He has been able to drive business impact by multiple data analytics roles in the HR and Asset management arm of State Street- In HR/People Analytics, he was responsible for leading the effort of building various data architecture in the database to automate the reporting process & to develop the quantitative models to help optimize decision-making process in various sub-domains like workforce planning (headcount forecasting/simulation), Workforce Strategy (labor- Market Analysis), Diversity and Inclusion, and Data Science (Analyzing turnover, promotion, and compensation regression analysis). As a Quantitative Analyst/Developer in Fixed Income Strategy team- Mohit helped automate trading strategies, building data pipelines & dashboards for portfolio managers to drive the business impact by reducing time to insight (~80% reduction) and cost efficiency by reducing API calls.
