At Pathkind Labs, a leading diagnostic service provider, I work as an IT Support Technician, delivering exceptional technical assistance and resolving issues promptly for internal and external customers. I diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, using various tools and techniques, such as remote access, ticketing systems, and knowledge bases. I am also advancing my education and skills in IT and cybersecurity, pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University, after completing a Diploma in Instrumentation and Control from Ambedkar DSEU Shakarpur Campus-I and a Cybersecurity Essentials course from Cisco Networking Academy. I am passionate about learning new technologies and enhancing my security awareness and practices. My goal is to contribute to the success and security of Pathkind Labs and its clients, and to grow my career in IT.
