About Mohit Roy

A driven and results-oriented political consultant with a proven track record in campaign management, public relations, and grassroots politics. I have a strong ability to analyze complex situations and deliver impactful results, as demonstrated by successfully contributing to a winning campaign in the 2024 Loksabha elections in West Bengal with a substantial margin during my fellowship at the Indian Political Action Committee (IPAC). My experience includes strategic planning, voter outreach, and critical issue resolution. I also have experience in short-term field report analysis, successfully delivering insights for the Baharagora assembly seat in Jharkhand. Beyond political consulting, I am a Master Trainer for the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change, and I hold an M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences from The University of Burdwan (84.00%) and a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from St. Xavier's College Burdwan. I am proficient in Remote Sensing and GIS (ISRO certified) and possess strong skills in community management, crisis management, effective communication, consulting, client relationship, and analytical thinking. I am also actively involved in various NGO initiatives, contributing to the improvement of underprivileged lives in India through activities like blood donation drives and distributing food and clothing. I am a winner of the Regional Science Congress West Bengal 2019 and a participant in the State Science Congress 2020.
