About Mohit Sehgal

I am a Mathematics Honours graduate from the University of Delhi and an active member of both the Institute of Actuaries of India (IAI) and the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries (IFoA). Having cleared five actuarial exams (CT1, CT3, CT5, CT7, CB3), I have built a strong foundation in financial and risk management. Currently, I work as a Senior Actuarial Consultant – UK Retirement at Aon, with 6+ years of experience in UK pensions. My core expertise includes pension calculation automation and GMP rectification, where I contribute as a Technical Expert and Scrutineer. In late 2024, I had the opportunity to go on a UK secondment, working closely with the Data Solutions Team across multiple offices (St. Albans, Glasgow, Sheffield, Birmingham). This experience enhanced my technical proficiency and deepened my understanding of regional pension practices.
