With a strong foundation in engineering and project management, I've spent over seven years cultivating a passion for creating efficient and innovative solutions for complex challenges. My expertise lies in a diverse range of areas, including product design, reverse engineering, PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), IoT (Internet of Things), embedded systems development, and project management. At FORTE CLOUD, I spearheaded product strategy, taking products from conception to successful launch. My focus is on ensuring perfect alignment between business goals and the evolving needs of the market. This involves crafting a Customer-Centric roadmaps, leading collaboration between cutting-edge technology and strategic business objectives to ensure seamless product implementation, by fostering data-driven approach in monitoring product performance and leveraging data insights. This approach allows delivering high-quality, value-generating products for both the company and its customers. Before that, as an IoT Solution Architect involved collaborating with diverse teams of engineers, developers, and consultants. Together, we designed, implemented, and integrated IoT systems across various industries. Before joining FORTE CLOUD, I was a Project Manager at Special Purpose Vehicles Solutions field. I led multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, scope, requirements, and budget. I worked closely with internal teams and external partners to integrate embedded, mechanical, and protection system components seamlessly. My expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies, and lean manufacturing enabled the delivery of high-quality products and services to our clients. This journey has instilled in me a deep commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I'm always eager to explore new technologies and methodologies to further enhance my problem-solving skills and deliver exceptional results
